PARSEC is a start-up publisher of free software in SaaS mode, created in 2014 and labeled "Jeune Entreprise Innovante" (i.e. Young Company Innovative) since 2015, specialist in the digital transition of information systems for large accounts based on technologies and state-of-the-art architectures.

The company (Scille SA) is independent and belongs to 2 founding shareholders who hold more than 90% of the shares. It is supported in its development by 3 partners from the new technologies sector, and advised by highly experienced personalities, members of our strategic committee.

In 2016, PARSEC launched, in partnership with the Ministry of the Armed Forces and the LaBRI, an R&D plan to develop open source software for sharing sensitive and confidential data in the cloud in SaaS mode: Parsec designed to make the cloud the most secure place for sensitive data shared and stored in the public or private cloud.

More than an encryption solution or cloud storage space, PARSEC guarantees an ultra-secure environment allowing companies to collaborate with confidence both internally and externally; to protect their sensitive data from cloud providers and extraterritorial laws to which they are subject, and to improve the ergonomics of the management process and the exchange of sensitive data.
